How does billing work for Prepaid Data and Text Extra plans?

  • When you sign up to one of our text or data Extra options you will pay in advance for the whole month and the moment you can pay for it you can use it.
  • Each following month, the charge for your Extra will be automatically deducted from your prepaid balance.
  • If you sign up to one of our Extras it will be valid for a month from the time of purchase.
  • We'll prompt you before your monthly renewal date so you have plenty of time to top up and make the most of all your included minutes, texts and data allowance before it rolls over

What if I don't have enough credit?

Am I on the right Extra option?

  • If your current text and data options are working well for you then simply stay on them
  • An advantage of moving to our new text and data Extras is that you can have more than one and can get the mix of data and texts that really suits you
  • Prepaid My Favourites can work well with our new Extra options

Buying Prepaid Text and Data Extras

  • If you haven't registered yet you need to sign up and set a password. It's really easy, take a look at how it's done when you either Buy Extras on your handset  via Your Telecom (under TWorld) or go online

  • You can see exactly what your allowances are, how much you've used and when you need to renew by using Your Telecom
  • We recommend you keep track of your Mobile Broadband usage by setting up Usage Alerts
