You have a couple of ways to query your bill

- Many Telecom customers find the answers to their questions on Your Telecom, Your bill explained and Billing and Accounts.
Do you use Your Telecom? You should, you can see all your account information including minute balances and data usage online before and after your bill is printed. Check it out there are heaps of ways you can manage your account online and via mobile.
