Manage your mobile account directly. Press the Y!X TWorld soft key on your phone or the web browser on your mobile, scroll down and select Your Telecom, and you're in.

View your Mobile Broadband (T-Stick, Tablet & 3G Router) usage to monitor your usage and help you avoid large bills

Where do I get help if I have trouble with Your Telecom?
Call our Customer Services Centre on 0800 240 024 between 7am and 9pm Monday to Sunday or email us.

Are there any charges associated with Your Telecom?
No. Your Telecom is a free service.
Do I have to register separately for each telephone line?
No. All phone numbers on the account you registered will be there.
If a number is missing complete the online form to get it added.
Simply follow these steps:
- Hold your mouse over Recent activity
- Click Add an Account
- Fill in your details
- Click Submit
How do I find out my T-Stick number?
Your T-Stick mobile number is printed on the case your SIM card arrived in, if you no longer have this case please call us on 0800 800 163 with your SIM card number and we can find this for you.
